Who We Are

OVERLOADED ENTERPRISES, Stress Management for A Quality Lifestyle, was established in the mid 90's when the turmoil and stresses of the world started impacting greatly upon our lives. There didn't seem to be very much collective help for people, so we created a company that could provide it.

OVERLOADED ENTERPRISES specializes in managing stress in the workplace and corporate leadership. In addition to stress management training, our primary areas of expertise are communications and customer service training. Collectively, our 10 first-tier associates have a broad range of education, skills and experience.

In addition to our 3 core trainers, we have a human resource specialist, one of the top North American customer service advisors, a lifestyle coach, psycho-therapist, marketing expert, financial advisor and a communications officer.

Second-tier associates are brought in for special projects that may require an international consultant, technology expert, or health care specialist. Not only do we have the educational and theoretical training; we have the common-sense, hands on, ability to improve workplaces in today's demanding world.

We are a unique and innovative company who "Walk the Talk". Our best-selling duo book BY FORCE OR BY CHOICE, Managing Stress in the Workplace and LIFE IS NOT A DRESS REHEARSAL, Personal Stress Management, is a key element of all the training we do. We have also heard from the Oprah and Dr. Phil shows regarding our book. A minimum donation of $3.00 from each book sold is donated to Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto, for cancer research.
